FOOOOOOOOD!
Austin, and Central Texas, has lots and lots of fantastic food options. Obviously you should try some Texas BBQ while you’re in town. If you don’t want to wait in for Franklin’s BBQ, try Terry Blacks, County Line, or enjoy your smoked meats at Rudy’s while taking in some live music.
We also love our tacos & texmex here in Austin! Start your morning off right, with some Torchy’s Tacos, Taco Deli or a corner taco stand. They’re all so good.
It’s Austin, it’s a bachelorette party…. so obvs there should be brunch.
Night Life
There’s Sixth Street, or dirty sixth – the infamous party district of the city. But head a little more west down sixth street and you’ll find yourself in what is called West Sixth, a classier area with lots to see, drink, dance, eat and do. There is also the area around Rainey Street, a newer district with great bars & unique places to eat.
In downtown Austin, there’s live music on almost every block, places to dance, fantastic restaurants and so much to see and do.
